Communication is a very nuanced subject that requires years of experience and a continued desire for further refinements. In their book "Communicating in Small Groups: Principles and Practices" authors Steven A. Beebe and John T. Masterson break down the technicalities of communication in small groups and teams and provide specific recommendations for improvement. Purchased this book for my class of small group communications, it is a very good bood as it covers what one needs to know in small group communications, the chapters are clean but full of good information to help you become better in coimmunicating in small groups. The book has some very good case studies for you to work on and see what the results can be. It does the job very well for the course that it is used for.
